Exercise Update




I have not gone to the gym as often... I have excuses yes, but one thing that my husband and I do is always walk outdoors. Walking outdoors helps me feel better mentally and physically and we are increasing it slowly but surely. 

I am not sure where I would be if I did not do some sort of physical activity. I think exercise can really make a difference with my anxiety, depression, and self -esteem. Endorphins talking? 

Update**This couple of weeks I have not done any exercise because of pain on my body, and cramps all over still have not figured out what it was but seems to be improving so I will continue my regimen. I do feel crappy since I have not done anything and eating away during the Fourth of July weekend made me feel horrible. Since I have like ten days of I have to get back to working out and hopefully I will be okay.
