Self-Care for January - March

My current favorite self- care activities are:

  • Lighting scented candles - at the moment I love Frosted Amber by Heart & Hand with Magnolia, Balsam Fir (Pine tree scents)
  • Burning Sage
  • Brain dumping on a journal (whatever comes to my mind)
  • Playing with my dog
  • Listening to music ...(I am really into indie music at this time)
  • Spending time with family
  • Creatively using my planner as a hobby and organization
  • Painting my nails
  • Yoga
  • Meditating
I want to get back to walking, gym, and kickboxing but other than time constraints I am guilty of procrastinating.

Some ideas you might like are the following:
  • Make a snowman
  • Make hot coco 
  • Art
  • Light the fireplace 
  • Make cookies
  • Make a favorite meal that you have not done in a while
  • Go eat your comfort food
  • Talk to a friend
  • Go out on a coffee date
  • Take your dog out for a walk
  • Cuddle/play with a pet
  • Snuggle with a warm blanket
  • Watch a movie 
  • Take a Mental Health Day
